Russian hackers attacked NATO websites

On Sunday, February 12, the websites of the North Atlantic Alliance were attacked by hackers.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, this was stated by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Radio ERFT.
A NATO spokeswoman said that the Defense Alliance's cyber experts are actively investigating the incident, which affected several websites.
Pro-Russian hackers attacked, in particular, the website of the NATO Special Operations Headquarters (NSHQ). It was temporarily unavailable.
Among others, the Russian hacker group Killnet was named as involved in the attack.
NATO did not provide any details about the incident. A NATO spokeswoman said that the Alliance regularly deals with cyber incidents and takes cybersecurity very seriously.
