Main focus on fighting in Donbas - Zelensky about Headquarters meeting

The Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters reviewed the situation at the front in the Donetsk region, in particular in the towns of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Vuhledar, Maryinka, and Bilohorivka, and the top military leadership focused on supporting Ukrainian brigades and providing more weapons.
As reports Censor.NЕТ, this was stated in the evening vіdeo appeal by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelesnky.
"Today I held a meeting of the Headquarters. The main focus was on the fighting in Donbas: Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Vuhledar, Mariinka, Bilohorivka. The main focus is on our soldiers, on how to support our brigades, how to give them more strength, opportunities, more weapons and protection," Zelensky said.
According to him, the meeting heard reports from the Commander-in-Chief, intelligence, and direction commanders, including the heads of the Khortytsia and Tavria operational groups operating in Donbas.
Zelensky thanked every soldier, sergeant, and officer - everyone who operates on the front line, everyone who keeps the real defense with their endurance and bravery.
"I thank you for your resilience, for your strength and for the fact that the state sees prospects for our defense operations and further active actions," he emphasized.
The Head of State paid special tribute to the soldiers of the 8th Regiment of the Special Operations Forces who are defending Bakhmut and the Special Forces who are defending Luhansk region.
"Special thanks to our Navy "seals", the Naval Special Forces Center, for successful actions in the south, for a significant "minus" of the enemy in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia directions, for the powerful response we give to the occupier to its attacks on our forces and cities," the President noted.
He also noted the SSU soldiers, the Alpha unit, in particular from the White Wolves and Kusto groups, the 13th Military Counterintelligence Directorate of the SSU, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, as well as the International Legion soldiers who feel the need to fight for freedom in the same way as Ukrainians do.
