Russians exert psychological pressure on those Ukrainians in Zaporizhzhia region who refuse to receive Russian passports - General Staff
Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff released information on intensification of repressive measures of Russian occupiers in occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, it was reported on Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff's official Facebok page.
The statement reads: "The Russian occupiers continue to exert psychological pressure on the local population in order to force them to obtain Russian citizenship. Thus, the counterintelligence regime has been strengthened in the village of Azovske in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. During it, the local population is actively checked for Russian passports. Citizens who do not have it have to put up with additional checks, which are accompanied by detention."
