Offensive potential of Russian military is decreasing, - ISW

The Russian occupiers are fighting all along the front line, but their offensive potential continues to decline.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
At the same time, as noted, the invaders are focusing their current attacks on distracting and dispersing Ukrainian forces to prevent the launch of a counteroffensive.
Analysts cite the statement of Ivan Tymochka, head of the Council of Reservists of the Ground Forces of Ukraine, dated April 8, that the Russians are not seriously advancing anywhere. In addition, the pace of shelling in Bakhmut and its surroundings has decreased somewhat in some areas, while in others it has completely stopped.
The officer noted that the Russian offensive on Avdiivka had "suffocated" and indicated that the enemy still did not control Mariinka, despite having reduced the city to ruins.
The report also mentions that one of the Russian media bloggers claimed that the pace of offensive operations along the entire Avdiivka-Donetsk front line has decreased in the last day and indicated that the Russian troops are trying to advance anywhere.
