Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed rare Russian radar "Repeynik" - OC "North"
The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a modern Russian radar station for detecting unmanned aerial vehicles "Repeynik".
As reports Censor.NЕТ, this was stated in Telegram by OC "North".
The statement reads: "The scouts of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozkyi discovered the enemy's Repeynyk radar and provided the coordinates to our neighbors from the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade. An accurate shot from the M777 - and the target was destroyed!
The Repeynik radar is a modern Russian drone detection radar. It has been in service with the occupiers since 2022. As of January 2023, the Russians have produced only 11 such stations."
