This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the relevant decree of the head of state.
"To appoint Pavlo Borysovych Ryabikin as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the People's Republic of China," the statement reads.
Previously, Ryabikin was the head of the Ministry of Strategic Industries and was dismissed by the Rada on 20 March this year.
