Uman shelling: 14 apartments were completely destroyed, - RMA
After the Russian missile attack on Uman in the Cherkasy region, carried out on April 28, 14 apartments in a high-rise building on Komarova Street were destroyed, 14 more were declared emergency.
Ihor Taburets, the head of Cherkasy RMA, stated this during a live broadcast, Censor.NET informs with reference to Ukrinform.
"Of the 99 apartments in this building, 14 have been completely destroyed, and another 14 are considered emergency. 26 people need to be resettled. People are currently being resettled in hotels and social hostels that were prepared for the arrival of refugees from the war zone," said Taburets.
According to him, 3.2 million hryvnias have already been allocated to the victims from the city budget and 5.2 million hryvnias from the regional budget. The relatives of the dead will be paid 100,000 hryvnias each, and the victims of the attack - 50,000 hryvnias each. The resettled people have already been provided with food and household appliances.
The day before, on April 28, a Russian rocket destroyed an apartment building in Uman, Cherkasy region of Ukraine. At least 23 people died, including six children.
