Former US President Donald Trump promised to end Russia’s war against Ukraine in 1 day if re-elected as the head of state.
He said this in an interview with GB News, Censor.NET reports with reference to SkyNews.
According to him, the end of the war "will take 24 hours".
"I'm going to finish it. It's going to be easy," Trump said.
He called the war a "catastrophe" that "must be stopped." And he added: "This deal would be easy. A lot of it has to do with money."
Trump also said that Putin would allegedly "never have entered Ukraine" if not for the "incompetence" of Joe Biden's administration.
"Putin was not going to go in there, it was never said, and I knew him very well," he said.
