Poland transferred 14 MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine
Poland transferred 14 MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine - this is half of all aircraft that Ukraine received from allies.
This is stated in a post on Twitter on the page of the permanent representation of Poland in the EU, Censor.NET reports.
"Out of all 28 aircraft that were handed over to Kyiv, Poland sent 14," the message reads.
It is also said that Ukraine received 575 tanks from allies, and 325 of them from Poland. 85 - from the Netherlands, 80 - from Germany, 76 - from the USA.
It will be recalled that in mid-March the President of Poland Andrzej Duda announced the transfer of the MiG-29 to Ukraine. It became known about the first delivery of aircraft at the beginning of April, but the exact number was not named.
