The United States and a coalition of allies are ready to make every effort to fill the gaps in the armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told journalists about this, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform.

"If there are gaps, if something is missing, they will tell us, and we will make every effort to fill it in," said the head of the US foreign policy department.

He said America is working with more than 50 countries to adapt to Ukraine's needs -- depending on the nature of the fighting, where it's happening, what's needed "to make sure they have what they need."

This, according to Blinken, is an ongoing process: "We work literally every day with the Ukrainians, as well as with the coalition of countries, to make sure that they have support."

Commenting on the provision of long-range missiles by Great Britain to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Blinken emphasized: "This is why we have a coalition of countries that support Ukraine. Different countries will do different things depending on their own capabilities, on their own technologies, on what is most expedient.
