Zelensky on counteroffensive: First steps are coming soon
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that first important steps toward a Ukrainian counteroffensive will take place "soon."
This was stated by Zelenskyy in an interview with the Italian media, informs Censor.NЕТ referring to Ukrainian Truth.
"We are preparing very seriously. And very strong steps will be taken for sure. I know that we are all motivated. And not only those who know this plan, but our people.... I cannot answer you (where and when the counteroffensive will begin - ed.). But you will definitely see it, and Russia will definitely feel it.
...We believe in victory and we believe that the first important steps will be taken soon," Zelenskyy said.
At the same time, the President emphasized that his frankness about the specific place and time of the counteroffensive "will not help Ukraine, but will hinder it."
