Russian invaders attacked Vinnytsia with cruise missiles at night.

Serhii Borzov, the head of Vinnytsia RMA, reported this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.

"The enemy is attacking with cruise missiles again! The defense forces in the region are practicing air targets.

Stay in shelters until the end of the air alert. All services are working," Borzov wrote.
