Internet turned off in occupied Luhansk, - Russian mass media

The occupying "authorities" of the Luhansk region have turned off the Internet in the regional center and its surroundings.

As Censor.NET reports with reference to the propaganda publication TASS, this was reported in the "Ministry of Communications of the LPR".

Also, according to RIA Novosti, ATMs are not working.
