Hitting by car of National Guardsman at checkpoint: Prosecutor’s office asks court to arrest Judge Tandir without bail
The Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office submitted to the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv a petition to choose a preventive measure against the judge of the Makariv District Court, Oleksii Tandyr, who was in a car that hit a National Guardsman at a checkpoint on the night of May 26.
This was announced by the spokeswoman of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, Nadia Maksymets, on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"The prosecutor's office submitted a petition to the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv to choose a preventive measure for the judge.
In the petition, we ask that the suspect be given a preventive measure in the form of detention without bail. The meeting is scheduled for 20:00, str. Volodymyrska, 15," she said.
