Australia will provide Ukraine with new aid package
This July, the Australian government will announce a new package of military aid to Ukraine.
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, wrote about this on his Twitter, Censor.NET reports.
"I had a meaningful meeting with the highly respected Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Defense of Australia Richard Marles. We discussed Ukraine's priorities for strengthening defense capabilities. The next package of security assistance will be announced by the Australian government in July," the post reads.
Reznikov adds that during the meeting he asked to consider the possibility of training Ukrainian pilots in Australia, providing special equipment for evacuating the wounded from the battlefield and means of electronic warfare.
"I was touched by my colleague's words about his admiration for the extraordinary bravery of Ukrainians, which inspires many people. I invited him to visit Ukraine," Reznikov said.
