The head of the mobilization department of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Yevhen Burdynsky, wrote a report in which he complained about the "unpreparedness of part of society to fulfill military duty."

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to "Vazhnye istorii".

Burdynskyi's report was published on the website of the Ministry of Defense magazine "Military Commissariats of Russia". It was soon removed, but the text is preserved in the web archive.

The document says that during last year's mobilization in Russia, it was allegedly possible to call up more than 300,000 people and form 280 new units from them.

However, Burdynsky noted that the Russian army has problems "with the unwillingness of part of society to perform military duty." He also wrote about the poor organization of the provision of weapons and equipment.

Burzynsky added that Russia began to recruit employees of security companies to participate in the war against Ukraine.

According to him, in 2023, the enemy wants to form the "Azov Naval District" on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The report also states that in 2023, the military commissars will conduct organized raids together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to mobilize enough Russians.

Also remind, according to the intelligence of Estonia, there is a high probability that soon a new wave of mobilization will be announced in the Russian Federation.
