The Kakhovka HPP was blown up by the Russian occupying forces.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press center of the OC "South".

"Currently, the scale of the destruction, the speed and volume of water, the probable areas of flooding are being clarified. All services are working. The situation is being monitored," the message says.

More official information is currently unknown. Meanwhile, the local Telegram channel reports that settlements have already begun to be flooded. Immediate evacuation is required.
