Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba calls Ukraine’s membership the last major issue in Ukraine’s foreign policy, which has not moved since February last year.

He said this on the air of the telethon, reports Censor.NЕТ with reference to Іnterfax-Ukraine.

"In Vilnius, I want the allies to bury the Bucharest decision of 2008 and find a new solution that will simplify and accelerate Ukraine's path to NATO membership. We are working on this day and night. The President says, and I say, that this topic requires a lot of talks, because we need to "rebuild" the brains of our partners. Unfortunately. NATO membership, I want everyone to understand the price of the issue, is the last major problem of Ukraine's foreign policy, which has not moved since February last year," Kuleba emphasized.

He recalled that Ukraine has managed to "move all the topics forward," including EU membership, armaments, reforms, and relations with Africa and other regions of the world.

"We have raised all the virgin soil, and only one hectare is left unraised - NATO membership. And we must raise this virgin soil in Vilnius," Kuleba summarized.

Earlier, he said that Ukraine "ideally" expects to be invited to join NATO at the July summit in Vilnius.
