8 communities in Dnipropetrovsk region are without water - RMA

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, 8 communities are without water due to a drop in the water level in the Kakhovka reservoir.
This is stated in Telegram by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military District Administration, reports Censor.NЕТ.
"The water level in the reservoir continues to fall. At the moment, the reservoir is just over 10 meters full. There are 6 communities in Nikopol district and 2 in Kryvyi Rih district without water.
We are delivering it. We are delivering it in every way we can. Dozens of trucks with bottled water are on their way to the affected areas. We are setting up logistics with local authorities, utilities, the State Emergency Service, businesses and international organizations. At the same time, we are looking for possible locations for drilling wells.
We also understand other threats. We constantly monitor the environmental situation, air and water quality, fire safety, and electricity supply.
Despite everything, people are holding on. We will get through this difficulty together," he said.
