Zelensky invited African leaders to join Ukrainian peace formula
President Volodymyr Zelensky invited African leaders to join the Global Peace Summit based on the Ukrainian peace formula.
He said this during a press conference with the leaders of South Africa, the Union of the Comoros, Egypt, Zambia, and Senegal in Kyiv, reports Censor.NЕТ with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
"I am grateful to the participants of our meeting for supporting the principle of territorial integrity of states and protection of nations from aggression. And today I saw the prospect of our work on specific points of the peace formula. Of course, I invited African states to take part in the Global Peace Summit we are preparing," he said.
Zelensky emphasized that the proposals of leaders of different countries from different continents are very important for the basis, which should be built on the Ukrainian peace formula.
He added that he wants as many countries as possible to join the Global Peace Summit and organize it as soon as possible, but it is not easy.
