Explosion occurred near headquarters of Southern Military District in Rostov

In the morning, the territory near the headquarters was controlled by the fighters of the "Wagner" PMC.

"Two explosions were heard at the headquarters of the Air Defense Forces. PMC "Wagner" demands that people move at least two kilometers away from the building," the message reads.
