After blowing up the Chonhar bridge, the enemy is trying to use an alternative route that leads through occupied Armiansk.
As reported by Censor.NET with reference to Espreso, this was stated by the spokeswoman of OC "South" Natalia Humeniuk.
"The Russians see and understand that efforts to repair the Chonhar bridge are futile. The bridge is damaged to the extent that it cannot withstand the load that involves the movement of military equipment and the transportation of ammunition. The Russians are trying to arrange pontoon crossings, but if we got to the bridge, what is stopping us from getting to pontoon crossings. They continue to do this while waiting for the next "cotton". We will try not to wait long," Humeniuk explained.
According to the spokeswoman, after blowing up the Chonhar bridge, the enemy is trying to use an alternative route that leads through Armiansk.
"But it is too close to the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and this makes the enemies nervous. They do not feel safe using this logistical and transport route," she added.
