"We have situation under control" - Zelenskyy held offsite meeting of Headquarters of Supreme Commander-in-Chief at Rivne NPP
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held an offsite meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, this is stated in his Telegram.
"Today, the Headquarters is on-site. We gathered at the Rivne NPP to assess any possible threats to the plant on the spot. Reports by Zaluzhnyi and Budanov on the operational situation on the Belarusian border and possible enemy actions," Zelensky wrote.
In addition, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Serhiy Nayev, Commander of the National Guard Yuriy Lebed, and Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Serhiy Deineko reported on strengthening the Northern direction and protection of the NPP.
Vitaliy Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, and Volyn Commander Myroniuk also reported on the defense lines and the socio-economic situation in the region. Yuriy Shchyhol, Head of the State Special Communications Service, spoke about protecting Rivne NPP from cyber threats.
The meeting was also attended by Energoatom President Petro Kotin and plant director Pavlo Kovtoniuk.
"We are keeping the situation under control," Zelensky emphasized.
