Ukrainian defenders continue to advance in the Tavria direction.

This was reported by Brigadier General, Commander of the Tavria Operational and Strategic Group of Troops Oleksandr Tarnavsky on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.

"Defence forces are advancing in the Tavria direction. The enemy was driven out of a number of positions. Missile and artillery units carried out 1283 fire missions over the last day. Over the last day, enemy losses in killed and wounded amounted to almost three companies," the statement said.

According to Tarnavsky, the Defence Forces destroyed 36 pieces of enemy military equipment.

In particular, 2 tanks, 9 AFVs, 2 D-30 guns, 4 BM-21 "Grad" units, 3 "Supercam" UAVs, "Lancet" UAVs, "Orlan-10" UAVs, 2 2A36 "Giatsint-B" guns, gun 2C5 "Giatsint-S", anti-aircraft missile system "Pantsyr-S", anti-aircraft missile system 9K330 "Tor", 2 self-propelled artillery installations 2C3 "Acacia", electronic warfare station and automobile equipment.

2 enemy ammunition depots and 1 control post were also destroyed.
