It is necessary to provide real security guarantees to Ukraine, - Prime Minister of Italy Meloni
The positions of Poland and Italy coincide with regard to Ukraine, Rome advocates the need for real security guarantees for Kyiv.
As reported by Censor.NET with reference to the EP, this was stated by the Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni.
"In times of crisis, we must be united. Starting with Ukraine, on which the Italian and Polish positions coincide. We cannot accept Russian aggression against Ukraine and will do everything possible to stop it," she stressed.
Meloni added that Italy will continue to stand by Ukraine, supporting it in all directions.
"We agree with Poland on the need for real security guarantees for Ukraine. Moreover, the conflict carries with it domino consequences to which Europe must respond," the Prime Minister noted.
