The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Margus Tsakhna, noted that there is no need for the Membership Action Plan, as Ukraine is already implementing it on the battlefield against the Russian invaders.
As Censor.NET writes, he told about this in a blitz interview with RBC-Ukraine before the NATO summit in Vilnius.
"To be honest, Ukraine is the only country that uses NATO weapons, ammunition, tactics, and strategy against Russia," Tsakhna said.

Ukraine expects to receive a signal from NATO member states that it will become the next member of the Alliance after the end of the war with Russia.
