This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim, Censor.NET reports.
"The hit destroyed several floors of the three-story building and started a fire of 450 square meters, which firefighters extinguished at 07:45. The rubble is being cleared. Neighboring multi-story buildings were damaged," the statement said.
Three garages caught fire and were quickly extinguished. Around 15 garages were damaged and windows in several high-rise buildings located nearby were smashed.
"A total of 19 people were injured in the missile strike. Eight people sought medical assistance, two of them, including a child, were hospitalized," Kim added.
