Russians kidnapped ZNPP worker and torture him - Energoatom
Russian occupants kidnapped Serhiy Poting, a labor protection engineer at the Zaporizhzhia NPP’s Centralized Technical and Administrative Office, and are torturing him.
This is stated by Censor.NЕТ with reference to Telegram channel of Energoatom.
"More than a month ago, on June 23, 2023, the invaders kidnapped Serhii Poting, a labor protection engineer of the Centralized Technical and Administrative Department of the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP, who stayed in Enerhodar and worked at the plant. He was seen at the police station where the Russians are holding city residents and ZNPP employees," the statement said.
It is reported that the occupiers are holding the man and torturing him regularly. After the torture, the invaders send the engineer to the hospital every time to prevent him from dying: "At the same time, they have not yet brought any charges against the man, but continue to bully and repress him," Energoatom emphasizes.
Relatives of the NPP worker live in the temporarily occupied Enerhodar and confirm that he is still alive.
