United States will provide Ukrainian law enforcement with 190 MRAP armored vehicles
The United States plans to provide Ukrainian law enforcement with 190 armored military vehicles with protection against mines and ambushes (MRAP).
As reported by Censor.NET, US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink announced this on Twitter.
"I am proud to stand with Acting Deputy Secretary of State Nuland and my State Department colleagues to mark the transfer of the first US-provided Mine and Ambush Protected Armored Military Vehicles (MRAPs) to Ukrainian border guards and police. The United States will provide 190 MRAPs to enable brave Ukrainian law enforcement officers to protect civilians - especially those near the front lines," Brink wrote.
