German Foreign Minister Baerbok arrived in Kyiv
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Annalena Baerbok, arrived on an unannounced visit.

"Ukraine also defends freedom and all of us with great courage and determination. Just as Ukraine stands behind us, it can also rely on us," she emphasized.
According to Berbok, the European Union is currently preparing a decision on the start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU.
"The results of the judicial reform (in Ukraine. - Ed.) and the legislation regarding mass media are already visible. The implementation of the anti-oligarchic law and the fight against corruption are still ahead," the German minister said.
She also noted that preparations for winter are in full swing in Ukraine, so Berlin wants to connect the European energy network with the Ukrainian one even more closely.
"Regardless of the time of year, we do not stop supporting Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression: economically, militarily, and humanitarianly," Berbok said.
She emphasized that "Putin's terrible terror is manifested in targeted attacks on everyday life and civil institutions in Ukraine."
"Путін хоче зламати, зневірити і деморалізувати людей. Для цього він не зупиняється ні перед чим - ні перед школами, ні перед ринками, ні перед зерносховищами, ні перед залізничними станціями", - зауважила міністерка.
Вона також згадала і про примусову депортацію українських дітей до РФ з окупованих територій.
"Ми підтримуємо організації, українську владу та неурядові організації, які працюють над тим, щоб повернути викрадених дітей додому. І щоб ці злочини було розкрито. Обвинувальний акт у Міжнародному кримінальному суді також є важливим внеском у цю справу", - додала Бербок.
Це вже четвертий візит Анналени Бербок в Україну з початку повномасштабної російської агресії.
