Russians lack people to staff occupation authorities - National Resistance Centre

The invaders cannot find enough people to staff the "authorities" in the temporarily occupied territories, so they have to bring in workers from the territory of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the National Resistance Centre.

A "touring official" was sent to the temporarily occupied Berdiansk from the Amur region of the Russian Federation to head the "investigative committee" in the city. The next punitive body of the occupiers will be headed by Mikhail Oleinik from the Russian city of Raychikhinsk.

"While the practice of appointing a 'head' from the Russian Federation is deliberate for the occupiers, the Russians wanted to recruit the rank and file for months. However, the occupation administrations cannot find a sufficient number of collaborators, so they are forced to continue the systematic practice of sending employees from the territory of the Russian Federation to the occupied territories of Ukraine," the NRC notes.
