Kurchenko’s banker Tymonkin released on bail in Germany

Tymonkin has the right to appeal for extradition to Israel, which citizenship he was granted in 2014. The Ukrainian law enforcement officers suspect the banker of money laundering for fugitive oligarch Serhii Kurchenko.
