President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is preparing not only for defense against Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, but also for responses to possible strikes.
The head of state announced this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.

The President also talked about preparations for attacks by Russian invaders on the energy infrastructure.
