Zelenskyy appointed Lupanchuk to Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has changed the composition of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, introducing a new commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhii Lupanchuk, to the Staff.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the relevant decree of the head of state.
"In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Defense of Ukraine", on the basis of the proposal of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, I decide... to appoint in the personal composition of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Lupanchuk Serhii Konstiantynovich - Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; to withdraw from the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief V. Khorenko," the decree says.
As noted, this decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
As reported, on November 3, the President of Ukraine issued a decree dismissing Viktor Khorenko from the post of commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and appointed Serhii Lupanchuk to this position.
Lupanchuk has the rank of colonel. There is no information about him in the public domain.
