Ukraine has started negotiations with Germany on security guarantees
The first round of negotiations with the Federal Republic of Germany on bilateral security guarantees for Ukraine has begun.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the president's press service.
Germany has joined five other G7 countries with which Ukraine has already started relevant bilateral negotiations.
The Ukrainian negotiating group was headed by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva.
During the talks, the parties exchanged views on approaches to future bilateral security guarantees, their format and content, and agreed on a plan for further actions.
