The former head of the State Special Communications Service Yurii Shchyhol, People’s Deputy Andrii Odarchenko and real-estate developer Serhii Kopystyr were bailed, and they were released from the pre-trial detention center.

This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Action Center, Censor.NET informs.

"The ex-head of the State Special Communications Service Shchyhol, the People's Deputy Odarchenko and the real-estate developer Kopystyra were released from the pre-trial detention center. In all three cases, bail determined by the court was paid. We do not know whether they posted the bail on their own or whether it was done by third parties, but the rate of payment of multimillion-dollar bail is incredible," the AntAC (Anti-Corruption Action Center) said.

Recall that Shchyhol was sent to custody with a bail of UAH 25 million, the People's Deputy from the "Servant of the People" Andrii Odarchenko - with a bail of UAH 15 million, and the real-estate developer Serhii Kopystyr was sent to a pre-trial detention center with a bail of UAH 100 million only this morning, and by the evening the money was contributed.

After leaving the pre-trial detention center, all suspects must comply with a number of obligations, including not communicating with witnesses or other suspects, surrendering over their passports for traveling abroad, and wearing an electronic bracelet. If they violate their obligations, their bail can be forfeited to the budget.
