Fighting continues in Mariinka area, statements of occupiers about alleged advance there are untrue, - Shtupun
The enemy has increased the activity of his own infantry in the Tavria direction, in particular, near Avdiivka, where heavy fighting is taking place.
This was announced by the spokesman of Tavria direction, Oleksandr Shtupun, on the air of the telethon, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
"In the area of responsibility of the OSGT "Tavria", in particular, and the Avdiivka direction, the activity of the occupiers' infantry increased again compared to the previous day.
A total of 55 combat engagements took place. The enemy lost 440 people, most of them in the Avdiivka and Mariinka area," Shtupun said.
At the same time, according to the spokesman, the activity of enemy aircraft decreased. 5 airstrikes were recorded during the day. On the night of December 3, the occupiers dropped aerial guided bombs in the Donetsk region.
Stupun emphasized that fighting continues in the Maryinka and Novomykhailivka areas. The statement of the occupiers about the alleged advance in Mariinka is untrue.
