The US State Department, together with Congress, plans to send an adviser to Ukraine’s Ministry of Strategic Industries.

This is stated in a statement by the White House, Censor.NET reports.

It is noted that the adviser is being sent "to support and accelerate Ukraine's transition to an interoperable military force, fight corruption, and attract foreign investment in critical sectors".

In addition, the United States has created an interagency team called the Ukraine Deal Team. It consists of representatives of the US Department of State, the Departments of Defence and Commerce.

This group will support partners seeking guidance on potential deals and export requirements for Ukraine's defense industry.
