Village head has right to sign draft notices - Umierov
The village head has the right to personally sign draft notices.
Defense Minister of Ukraine Rustem Umierov said this during a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine, which took place in Lviv, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform.
"The village head has the right to personally formulate and sign draft notices, according to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 352," Umierov said, answering the question.
According to him, as for other issues, they are currently being worked out in legislation and will be announced after the Verkhovna Rada approves them.
As reported, there are three types of draft notices, including a draft notice to clarify data, which is served to update information about persons liable for military service, a draft notice to undergo a military medical commission, and then a mobilization order, which is served to a person liable for military service after undergoing a medical commission if he or she is found fit for military service.
