Explosion in village council in Zakarpattia: Bomber is in intensive care, five people are still being operated on - Regional State Administration

This was reported by the head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration Viktor Mykyta and the Zakarpattia Regional Prosecutor's Office, Censor.NET reports.
The head of the Regional State Administration, Viktor Mykyta, visited the victims, who were taken by ambulance to Svalyava district hospital.
"Everyone who needed surgery has already been operated on. Five people are still being operated on, they were brought in in serious condition. There is no information about them yet.
I held an operational meeting with the head of the hospital and talked to the affected residents. The healthcare facility is provided with everything necessary to provide professional medical care.
Most of the injuries are of moderate severity and not life-threatening. Everyone received the necessary medical care and is under constant medical supervision," said Mykyta.
According to Viktor Mykyta, all the injured were taken to a hospital in the neighboring district in less than 50 minutes after the explosion was reported. This saved lives.
The Zakarpattia Regional Prosecutor's Office notes that 26 victims were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity, seven of them in serious condition. The bomber is also in the intensive care unit of the medical institution.
Earlier, a deputy detonated grenades in the building of the Keretsky village council in Zakarpattia. 26 people were injured.
