After explosion in village council in Zakarpattia region, security measures in public institutions will be strengthened

Following the explosion of grenades in the Keretsky village council in Zakarpattia region, security measures in public institutions, including educational institutions, are planned to be strengthened.
According to Censor.NET, with reference to RBC-Ukraine, this was discussed at a briefing in the Zakarpattia Regional Military District Administration.
According to Ihor Shynkariuk, deputy head of the Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration, the focus will be on preventing explosives from hitting the territory of the region.
Law enforcement officers will be constantly present in educational institutions (schools, universities, colleges, kindergartens). This decision was made by the Defense Council of Zakarpattia region.
As for the issue of security in local governments, in particular regarding the deployment of additional police units, these decisions should be made by local authorities in the communities on their own, the official said.
