Zelenskyy: Russia has not achieved any victories in 2023

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia did not achieve any results on the battlefield in 2023

According to Censor.NET, the president said this when answering a question from The Kyiv Independent about the lack of artillery ammunition and the decline in Western support.

"They did not reach the administrative borders of Donbas. There is nothing to talk about defeats. Russia has not achieved any victory. What are three days - two years. Our soldiers are great. People are great. And I am grateful to them for that," the President said.
