Zelenskyy wants to reduce government to save money
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced his desire to reduce the number of government members due to a shortage of funds for its maintenance.
He said this during a press conference, Censor.NET reports.
"I want to reduce this government, I do not have the funds to maintain it," Zelenskyy said.
The President also noted the need to allocate funds for the mobilization campaign and clarified that he had been "asked for 500 billion" for this purpose.
"But I cannot dismiss everyone completely - someone has to work," he emphasized.
