The Ukrainian Armed Forces prisoners of war killed by Russians in Zaporizhzhia served in the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade.

This was reported by the Command of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.

They emphasized that the footage of the execution, which was posted online, is another proof of a war crime by the Russian army.

The Command noted that the ruscists shot three servicemen of the 82nd separate airborne assault brigade of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who "were discharged from the service as a result of being captured (hors de combat) after receiving injuries and contusions of varying severity."

"This criminal offense has been registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, and the case file will be transferred to the International Criminal Court. Sooner or later, war criminals from the Russian Federation will be held accountable for their barbarities before the International Criminal Tribunal," the statement said.

As reported earlier, the occupiers were executed by shooting three captured Ukrainian soldiers.
