Massive missile attack on Ukraine on December 29, 2023: 53 people killed and 170 injured
Emergency and rescue operations have been completed in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv after a Russian missile strike on December 29, 2023.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"The work began on December 29 after a massive enemy attack. During the work, 4,70 cubic meters of destroyed building structures were moved and removed," the statement said.
As a result of the enemy attack in Kyiv, 30 people died, including 1 person who died in hospital.
In total, as a result of the attack on December 29, Ukraine was
- 18 settlements in 10 regions were affected;
- 170 people were injured;
- 53 people were killed;
- 22 people were rescued.
A total of 700 rescuers and 145 pieces of equipment were on the ground.
