Air defense forces destroyed 5 enemy "Shahed" UAVs in Cherkasy
On the night of January 5, air defense forces worked in Cherkasy region during an air alert.
Ihor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy RMA, announced this on Telegram, Censor.NET informs.
"Our defenders did a good job during the last air strikes. They destroyed 5 enemy Shaheds in the sky over the region," he wrote.
As noted, there were no casualties. In two cases, we have damage to power lines as a result of falling UAV debris.
"Currently, 3 settlements are without power, 2 more - partially. Emergency crews are working," Taburets added.
