Russian army’s offensive fails – Syrskyi

This was stated by the Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Censor.NET reports with reference to ArmyInform.
"I would rather say that the Russian army's offensive is failing," Syrskyi said, answering a question about the failure of the Russian army's winter offensive.
"They have repeatedly set themselves deadlines for the capture of certain settlements, reaching certain borders, and then postponed them - they have really failed," the commander added.
However, Syrskyi notes that the enemy continues to advance in several directions and has the resources to do so.
