Power outage in center of Zhytomyr: 21 substations are de-energized
On the evening of January 12, 21 transformer substations in Zhytomyr were de-energized: the reasons for the emergency shutdown are not reported.

"At the moment, 21 transformer substations are de-energized in Zhytomyr. Power engineers of regional power companies and utilities are working.
The power supply to six substations is already being restored. All other addresses will be restored within an hour or two," the statement said.
Zhytomyroblenergo's website says that the emergency outage occurred at 4:38 p.m.
