The enemy in the Avdiivka direction is trying to use equipment from deep because it is immediately destroyed on the front line.
This was stated by the speaker of the United Press Center of the Defense Forces of the Tavria region, Colonel Oleksandr Shtupun, on the telethon, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
"Somewhere approximately, the enemy keeps the same number of personnel. It uses the technique from deep, that is, he tries not to keep it on the front line because it is almost immediately destroyed by our soldiers. And the infantry is hiding in the trenches. About 40,000 are operating in the Avdiiv direction," the spokesman said.
According to the words, the enemy lost 437 people and 60 units of military equipment in one day in the Tavria direction. Among the losses of the occupiers were a tank, 11 armored vehicles, and 10 artillery systems. The Armed Forces also managed to hit the Russian SAM "TOR".
Shtupun added that the Russian invaders continue to actively use drones at the front. Just yesterday, defenders destroyed 27 enemy drones.
