Any frozen conflict can flare up again – Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that any frozen conflict could flare up again.
He said this at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Censor.NET reports.
"Can the freezing of the war in Ukraine be its end? I don't want to be satisfied with altruism. Any frozen conflict will eventually flare up again. Let me remind you that after 2014 there were attempts to freeze the war in Donbas. When the guarantors of this process were very, very influential: the then German Chancellor and the French President... But Putin is a predator who is not satisfied with a frozen product.
We need to protect ourselves, our children, our homes, our lives. We can do it, we can fight him on the ground. We have proven it. And at sea, and in the sky. We are increasing arms production, we have achieved economic growth in Ukraine. Our GDP is growing despite the war. It grew by more than 5% last year. We have received the EU's decision to open negotiations, and we are normalizing the idea that the aggressor can be defeated. Even Putin's aggression, which has been going on for 10 years," the President noted.
